Station Casinos Buys 67 Acres for Durango Casino & Resort

Several months ago, Station Casinos, one of the largest casino operators in the country, announced that they had purchased 67 acres along Losee Road and the 215 Beltway for a new casino. The casino, which will be called Durango Casino & Resort, is set to open in the fall of 2023.

Losee Road and the 215 Beltway

Earlier this year, Station Casinos purchased 67 acres of land in North Las Vegas near Losee Road and the 215 Beltway for $172 million. The project will include a casino, hotel and restaurants. The first phase will include a 48,000-square-foot casino floor, a tavern on the corner of the property and three resort-style pools. The second phase will include more dining and hotel rooms.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, the company has also purchased 127.7 acres of land to the south of the site. This includes a parcel next to the Durango project. The project is expected to open late next year.

The company plans to build two other projects in the Northwest Valley. The first would be a hotel and casino on a 67-acre site near the 215 Beltway and Durango Drive. This project is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023.

The second project is a casino on Losee Road and the 215 Beltway. It’s expected to be developed in phases and will include a 48,000-square-foot gaming floor, two restaurants and a tavern. The hotel will have about 600 rooms.

Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station, Green Valley Ranch, Palace Station and Boulder Station

Despite its impressive track record, the Station Casinos’ property in Las Vegas is not exactly a sexy site. The company is known for its gaming operations and five other sites across Nevada. The company’s properties are in Henderson, Boulder City and North Las Vegas. The company is also a major player in the city’s master plan. The company owns a large chunk of land near the convention center, and it figures prominently in the city’s strategic plan.

The Station Casinos is a family-owned operation. The company has been aggressively expanding its Southern Nevada presence over the past few years. The company is a pioneer in the gaming industry. It has a history dating back to the early 1900s, when Frank Fertitta Jr. worked as a bellman at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. He later served as a general manager at the Fremont Hotel & Casino.

The company has recently expanded its gaming and hospitality offerings. Its properties include: Wild Wild West Casino, Sunset Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station Gambling Hall & Hotel, Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa Casino and Palace Station. It also operates the Fiesta brand, which includes four properties in Henderson.

Durango Casino & Resort set to open in the fall of 2023

Located in the southwest Las Vegas valley, the Durango Casino & Resort will add to the number of casinos in the region. It is a $750 million project and is expected to open in late 2023. It will be the first major casino to open in the Rhodes Ranch/Spring Valley area. It is owned by Red Rock Resorts.

The resort will feature a casino, four restaurants, a race and sports book, a food hall and a 20,000-square-foot convention center. It will also have a large event lawn and 40 electric vehicle charging stations.

The project will be built on a 67-acre site in North Las Vegas. The property was originally planned as a residential development. However, Station Casinos bought the property in 2000. It plans to use the proceeds from the development to place the property in its real estate portfolio.

Station Casinos officials have announced that the resort will open in late 2023. The hotel-casino will be the company’s first all-new hotel-and-casino project in sixteen years.

Red Rock Resorts parent company

During the company’s second-quarter earnings call, Red Rock Resorts’ Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Cootey, revealed the company plans to double its portfolio in Las Vegas by 2030. He said that the company is performing due diligence on a 67-acre parcel of land at Losee Road and the 215 Beltway in North Las Vegas.

The company also announced that it is building a Wildfire-branded tavern with 21,000 square feet of floor space. This will sit near the new Wildfire casino under construction on Fremont Street.

The company also plans to purchase a 67-acre parcel of land in the city of North Las Vegas. The site will be master planned for a casino-hotel. The project will be developed in phases. It is expected to include a 48,000-square-foot casino floor, a tavern, three resort-style pools and 200 hotel rooms.

The company is also building the Durango Casino & Resort, which is scheduled to open in fall of 2023. The Durango project is located at 215 Beltway and Durango Drive. It will be a 700-room casino and hotel and will include a sports book.
